Amgen approached our agency to redesign their dated website, with a focus on shifting their website from a corporate site only for investors and media to an editorial-first destination for a wider audience of people who benefit from the biotech products Amgen produces. The research phase of this project was extensive, with a large emphasis on best practices across a wide variety of news and editorial websites. As the research and discovery process concluded, we moved into the prototyping and design phase, conducting multiple rounds of user testing to ensure we were building an engaging and thoughtful experience for everyone from patients to future employees.
