My team was brought in to lead the Warner Brothers Digital Commerce team in the overhaul their entire online shopping experience. An extended research phase included interviews, surveys, journey mapping, competitive research and best practice benchmarking. From there, our team developed a versatile design system that could be used across all of the different IP’s represented on the website, from Game of Thrones to Looney Tunes.
